great surprise close to the terminal

i booked this hotel at the last minute because my previous hotel. i was able to book the morning of at a great price for the two-bedroom apartment i stayed in. the location was great given that i wanted to be closer to the ferry terminal due to my intentions to visit zanzibar.

The reception staff were not the friendliest. One in particular was quite rude. instead of being polite and helpful, she was argumentative on multiple occasions.

the hotel is close to kariako market and various bus stops. security is visible and a parking area is available for dropping off customers, which makes the area more secure. proximity to a major mall adds convenience.

the hotel offers tasty food with a wide variety of options. the newly joined chef is very helpful and fulfills cravings with superb ambience in the restaurant. the service team is also good and helpful.

I stayed in a modern apartment. The layout was great, and the facilities were good. The location is central.

The noise was unbearable. I found earplugs essential for sleeping. There was no washing machine in the room.
